Overhead Squat

Increase load to the maximum weight that can be succussfully lifted for 5 consecutive repetitions.  Post load to comments.

  1. Very challenging and humbling. This exercise takes a lot practice. Don't feel bad if you can only do the bar and 20 or 30lbs. I don't and I was breathing pretty hard after all five reps.

    Shouldn't have jumped so much after 65 lbs, still much better than my last set of OH squats
