SquatsComplete 8 intervals of 20 seconds of work followed by ten seconds of rest for each of the above exercises; e.g. 8 intervals of Pull Ups, 8 intervals of Push Ups, etc. There is no rest between exercises.
Score is the total of the lowest number of reps completed in 20 seconds for each exercise.
